1930s Art Deco Satinwood Box 19th century wood and wrought iron bucket almost ghostly feel about itI love antique boxes and collect them in my own home. This is a beautiful 1930s Art Deco box in what I believe to be satinwood with the most glorious design distinctive of the period. It has a sloping sarcophagus shape. Internally, it probably had a lining at some stage as there are remnants of glue in the interior lid and unpolished surface on the inside base.
