Awarded by United States Department of Defense
extremely nice mounted group of 8 with scarce concaved medal of honour enamel is mostly intact
an employee of the Air Force and was sculpted by Thomas Hudson Jones of the Institute of Heraldry
this is interesting as it was done at the time on board the uss missouri after the signing the crew member ran off supposedly 20 copies for officers etc and he did a few extra for bunkmates and this is one of these very rare has a lot of spots etc can be cleaned if done properly own a piece of history framed and best picked up not posted sorry
USAF 28th supply squadron local made as before BUT brass andnice patch out of a big older collection i bought some will have glue paper adhered to back some will not some maybe local made and some defence contracts the fronts will be nice unless stated otherwise all have been down priced from the retail in my old shop and the 50 cent coin is for comparison
