Epimedium 'Making Waves' forms a 15" tall x 2' wide clump topped, starting in mid April (NC), with numerous flower stalks of purple cups, each backed by white sepals. The flowers contrast nicely against the rich green, incredibly wavy foliage, which emerges with a narrow purple border. As the flowers age, they change to nearly white. Epimedium 'Making
