Description
It initially matured in a bourbon barrels before finishing for two years in a sassicaia casks (a very fancy Tuscan red wine)
The Kyoto distillery achieved this delicious version by sweetening their dry gin with kokutou (black sugar) sourced from the Okinawan island of Yonaguni
From very early on in his career he has followed biodymamic principles (he’s now certified by Biodyvin)
