A couple of tiny indentations on the title card

extremely mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at both the center and right fold intersections on the center horizontal fold line plus a small tear through the center vertical fold line (just below center) and some additional creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds)

a few random light Brown spots of damp in the white background near the right edge plus a few around the left half of all three horizontal fold lines
