Pyrrosia lingua Cuspidata Rock Garden Plants Kalimeris pinnatifida) It's been hardPyrrosia lingua 'Cuspidata' is a rarely offered form of the hairy leaved tongue fern that boasts much stubbier foliage than normal Pyrrosia lingua. As with the species, Pyrrosia lingua 'Cuspidata' spreads nicely via short rhizomes faster in less harsh climates, but never invasive. In nature, these evergreen ferns grow on trees and rocks, but for us have adapted well to typical rich garden soil especially on sloped well drained sites.
