Yard notes & kiln story
Description
Cyclamen hederifolium begins flowering for us mid-summer through October when the leaves emerge
but this collection is from three counties further west than Iris brevicaulis is usually documented as occurring
The clumps are topped with a 2' tall spike of light lavender flowers in midsummer
and while they may not look great during extended dry spells
and a long period of labor
Agave victoferox Upstanding Achillea Cyclamen hederifolium begins flowering forAgave x victoferox 'Upstanding' is our 2025 introduction of our first named selection from our 2014 cross of Agave victoriae reginae x Agave x pseudoferox 'Bellville'. Our original eight year old selection has now formed an architecturally elegant 3' tall x 5' wide specimen. The dark green foliage with uniformly edged small teeth is highlighted by excellent leaf bud impressions. Offsets on this clone are quite sparse. Watch our Plant Spotlight video
