Waziristan 1894-1895 - Full Size Clasp Single Medal Cases The Army Long Service &Authorised on 1 September 1895 in both silver and bronze. Awarded for service between 22 October 1894 and 13 March 1895 to the Afghan Delimitation Party commanded by Colonel A. H. Turner. The Party was heavily attacked in its camp at Wana on 3 November 1894 resulting in a severe battle. As a result of the this Waziristan Field Force under the command of Lt General Sir William Lockhart KCB, CSI was formed to take punitive action against the Waziris.
