Sometimes called marine grade steel, type 316 contains molybdenum which is the element that is responsible for the added corrosion resistant properties. Our snap shackle also features a spring loaded captive pin for easy connect disconnect. The captive pin keeps the pin with the shackle as it cannot be removed from the body making
