Iwai Tradition Japanese Whisky Absinthe The excellent newly arrived BruxoA Japanese blended whisky named in honor of Kiichiro Iwai, one of the early pioneers of Japanese whisky. A combination of 75% malt whisky and 25% corn creates the base spirit, which is then aged in former sherry, bourbon, and wine casks. Oak and citrus appear on the nose, with sherry and mushrooms on the palate and a lingering finish.
