Akashi Single Malt Whisky licorice And when the chips areA delicious blend of White Oak distillerys 7, 5, and 4 year old malts bottles at 46% ABV. Producing using lightly peated barley and aged in three different types of cask, this is the brand's flagship malt. From Axis of Whisky: "The nose leads with honey and orchard fruit, followed by a palate that has more honey, then oak, pear, and ginger. The finish is spicier than I would have expected for a young NAS, and longer."
