these are rare even by scarce burma standards it has 4 lugs on back its for new law courts at peon needs cleaning or not it is solid brass

these collars are 1960 onwards some may be m/m some not they will all be in ex cond and clutch back on pins fasteners unless noted otherwise this was a mistake the swords were left off
medal is great couple tiny eks but basic cond is nef
