A majority of which are fermented in oak with the use of indigenous yeasts
which is mildly sweet
and a dash of Cognac bringing a gentle balance of sweet and tart character ideal for cocktails or sipping with soda and a wedge of fresh lime
Finish: Spicy fruitcake with cinnamon and dry sherry
