This is a lovely lamp base by Seguso
made in Finland by Finnmirror in the 1970s
there is a dot on the lip near the lid where glaze hasn't taken
but very much in the 1940s pin up girl style
It sits on screw in solid wooden legs and is a very handy piece of furniture (can be removed for table top use)
