Fixed flange is secured first through (4) mounting holes which accommodate No10 self tapping screws (supplied)
The back plate and support arms in the toilet paper holder are made of heavy-duty cast zinc finished with chrome plating to give it an attractive shine
Receptacle is screw mounted to wall through keyhole slots on back of unit and shall be theft resistant after installation of concealed locking screw
7/32" diameter countersunk holes in the flange and the mounting hardware remain completely exposed for quick access whenever necessary
