Hosta Wolverine Pyrrosia the old seed stalks turnWow if you haven't seen a mature clump of H. 'Wolverine', then you are in for a treat! This fast growing hybrid from Jim Wilkins makes a 3' wide clump of shiny, blue green foliage surrounded by a very wide, rippled, golden margin. The long, tapering leaves give a unique cascading appearance to the clump. In late summer, the clumps are topped with 20" scapes of lavender flowers.
