The dense, vigorous growing clump is composed of narrow, pointed gold leaves, and topped with short scapes of purple flowers in July (NC). The parentage includes Hosta 'Orange Marmalade', Hosta kikutii, Hosta 'Gemstone', Hosta plantaginea, and Hosta venusta.
