Edinburgh Small Batch Gin Bourbon Produced with a heady mixThe flagship gin for a distillery that won Distiller of the Year at the Icons of Gin Awards for 2019, this bottle is a modern London Dry style with a nod to the stunning countryside that surrounds Edinburgh. Expect a refined version of a London Dry, with juniper from Scotland as well as hints of native heather, milk thistle, and pine. The Scottish herbs are complimented with lavender and nine other herbs and spices. Distilled in small batches in a pot
