The flavor is a layered swirl that begins with a spicy snap of ginger and Szechuan peppercorn before moving through herbal notes of rooibos tea and Kaffir lime leaves, finishing with the bright earthiness of cinnamon and cardamom. To tie it all together, it's lightly sweetened with organic raw sugar and beetroot.
