Trillium oostingii Camden Purple Medicinal Plants brought to the US asWhen we first visited the famed South Carolina Trillium oostingii site in 2005, prior to its naming, we were fascinated to see that a tiny (<1%) of the yellow flowered population had purple flowers, with absolutely no sign of any intermediates.
