Dos Alas Reposado Absinthe results in a more full-bodiedTequila made from 100% agave from the highlands of Jalisco, where the altitude and soil are known for the production of superior agave. The Reposado is aged between 8 and 9 months in charred American oak barrels. It has an elegant, light straw color, and notes of oak, almonds, and pepper on the nose. The flavors on the palate are surprisingly long, with sweetness from the agave and vanilla from the time spent in barrel, and a smooth, round finish.
